Shipping Methods

In addition to offering two pickup locations in VIC (Ravenhall and Clayton), we also provide shipping Australia-wide.

Order Dispatching

Orders with stock available at our warehouses are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Products or parts not in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer or supplier within 2 business days. General ETA (if in stock with the manufacturer or supplier) is 2-4 business days.

Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Woolley Appliance Services can make no guarantees on delivery times and are fully reliant on associated couriers. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm):

*Delivery time is subject to availability of stock and delivery time may be extended by up to 30 days. If for any reason your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped to you on time you will be notified promptly.

Stock Availability

While we do our best to keep stock levels updated alongside our manufacturers and suppliers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy due to constantly changing inventory. If there are any processing or stock delays or concerns, our customer service team will contact you to provide you with full information where possible. Please refer to the below guideline for stock quantity displays on products:

In Stock

This means that the item is in stock at our supplier, manufacturer or one of our two warehouses and is generally ready for processing and shipment. Any concerns or urgent orders, please ensure to contact us for availability information.

Only “quantity” In Stock

This status identifies that stock levels are low for this item. We recommend completing your order as soon as possible to ensure the desired stock is secured for you. If you would prefer to pick up in store, it may be best to call ahead so we can reserve the stock for you.

Out of Stock

This means that the item is currently out of stock at either our suppliers, manufacturers or our warehouses. More stock may already be on the way or is in the process of being reordered from our supplier. Where possible we will display an ETA to estimate when we expect more stock to arrive.
