Return Policy

Please ensure that you are familiar with the policies outlined below before returning or requesting to return any item.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, thorough troubleshooting must be performed before concluding that the product is faulty and we may employ the use of our technicians as a result.

Incorrectly Received Items

If the item received is not what was ordered, please ensure we are notified within 7 days of successful delivery.

Returns are valid only if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of successful delivery. If the item received is not what was ordered please do not open the original sealed packaging of the item. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Faulty or DOA Items

Any items received damaged (DOA) or faulty should be reported to Woolley Appliance Services within 7 days of successful delivery. We will then advise if the return of the item is necessary. If a return is not necessary we may ask for photographs of the damaged or faulty item where possible.

Should we require the return of an item, please note that returns are valid only if the item is returned within 14 days of successful delivery.

Used Items

All Electrical items must be installed by a properly qualified person (a person qualified to carry out electrical repairs). If an electrical item that has been replaced is to be considered for return we will ask for a copy of a work invoice from a properly qualified person or business.

The invoice must state the work carried out and list all parts replaced. We reserve the right to have the item tested by a properly qualified person once the item is returned before we make a decision on replacement or refund.

Electrical items cannot be returned and will not be replaced or refunded if they are fitted and do not fix the problem because of mis-diagnosis by either the customer or a properly qualified person.

Change Of Mind or Mistakes

If an item is ordered incorrectly or by mistake Woolley Appliance Services must be notified within 7 days of successful delivery. Returns are valid only if the part is returned in its original condition within 14 days of successful delivery.

Woolley Appliance Services do not offer an exchange for incorrectly ordered parts or parts ordered by mistake and reserve the right to reject a return claim.

  • Freight costs are non-refundable for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.
  • Restocking fee of 30% applies to change of mind or mistaken orders.
Return Process

Alternatively if you have an account with us, please login and submit a Warranty Return on your account.

If your request is approved please ensure you repack the item in the original condition and include a copy of the original invoice. A consignment label will be issued via email from Woolley Appliance Services Pty Ltd which is to be attached to the package and the package lodged at an outlet accordingly.
