Our in-home call-out fee includes the following:

• One technician to visit the address where the product is located¹
• One product to be assessed/serviced²
• On-site in-home assessment or labour (if applicable) pertaining to this fault/service³
• Service Report / Quotation⁴

¹Additional charge is applicable in cases of products requiring more than one technician (e.g. stacked appliances, televisions over 64 inches, etc.). Additional travel charge is applicable for ‘out-of-area’ locations. Melbourne CBD and surrounds incur an area surcharge to allow for tolls, parking, access. 

²Additional charge is applicable if there are multiple products to be assessed at the nominated location.

³If parts are required for repair, these are an additional cost and not included in the call-out charge; if transportation is required this will incur additional charges; if parts are not available via the supplier or the product is not repairable, the full call-out fee is still applicable. The included in-home assessment/labour charge on the first visit does not guarantee a repair.

⁴Service Report and any subsequent quotations are provided only once the call-out fee has been paid.

When booking with Woolley Appliance Services, you are provided with the following:

• A scheduled day for a technician to attend based on our next available booking date as well as your availability¹
• An SMS on the morning of your booking outlining the estimated time of arrival from the technician²
• A courtesy call from the technician prior to arrival³

¹In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technician illness and absences), you are rebooked for the next available booking date as a priority.

²The timeframe provided is an estimation only. We do not offer or guarantee specific timeframes for technician arrivals as this can be affected by cancelled bookings, repairs that take longer than anticipated, traffic, absences, etc. 

³Depending on the proximity to the prior job, on average this is a 30-minute phone call prior unless otherwise requested by you at the time of booking. 

Warranty bookings (manufacturer or extended warranty) can only be confirmed with an applicable warranty reference number from the manufacturer/warranty supplier. We cannot and will not service a product under the product warranty without the appropriate warranty authority.

Product warranties range from 12 months to 3 years, plus additional for extended warranty policies. However, even if your product falls within the  manufacturer warranty, it may not necessarily indicate that your product manufacturer will cover the cost of repairs. Warranties may be voided if any of the below occur:

• Physical or impact damage
• Liquid damage
• Negligence (no maintenance or cleaning)

Make sure you speak to our staff and report anything related to your fault prior to booking a technician to attend.

Each booking requires a model number at a minimum. Serial numbers are preferred to ensure we have compatible parts on-board this us. If you do not provide all information at the time of booking, this reduces the chance of a repair on the first visit.
